Google+ Community Forum

Postby liquidblack » Mon Jan 12, 2015 10:53 pm

Hello all,

I've been struggling to use the old-school forum here (and it's already getting spammed - just check the off-topic section - phpBB quickly turns into a full-time job). So I've put up a public community on Google Plus

https://plus.google.com/communities/113 ... 1202648834

If the Oaxis Mods here get in contact I can give them Moderator rights on the Google Plus forum. I appreciate that this won't suit everyone but I hope some of you find it useful.

Thank you very much! We will look into this. Thanks for your help :) We will do some study on what platform to use for our new forum. Meanwhile, appreciate if more users can recommend a better Forum platform for us. Thanks.

Great work liquidblack!

@InkCase: Google+ is great, especially since it supports the official Android beta process (see my other message in the software release thread, or this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/a ... 1213?hl=en). So that would fix two problems at once!

Thanks man. Switching platform seems like a pain especially we are already in very tight resources. anyway, will seriously look into it in February. THanks :)
